Below you will find important information on telehealth (Zoom Healthcare) - if you have therapy or clinical questions please contact Esther at esachse@grcbr.org - if you have technical questions contact Jennifer at jtewell@grcbr.org. All forms are available on the site now and are HIPAA compliant.

NEW Client Forms

  • All forms are available on the site now and are HIPAA compliant.

  • Advise your clients to visit www.grcbr.org/forms and complete the appropriate form(s).

  • When confirming the appointment the office will remind them as well.

  • Once the form(s) is/are completed, the office will upload into therapynotes.com in the client's document section.

  • Questions or technical issues email jtewell@grcbr.org 

    • If your client is unable to complete the assessment, please complete the appropriate forms for your client

    • When signing use the following: Signed with verbal authorization from the client per COVID-19 protocol.​

Billing Codes and Pymts

  • Please schedule the next session with your client in therapynotes.com. 

  • Billing/Therapynotes.com -  For all telehealth sessions billing codes:

    • 90837T (telehealth therapy session - automatically selected)

    • 90791T (telehealth intake - change for all intake appointments)

  • Please submit your progress notes within 48 hours of the session.

  • We are using PayPal to collect payments and co-pays IF THE CLIENT IS ABLE.

  • Some clients who always pay by check, they can still mail a check to the office. Please make a note of this in TherapyNotes.com if they are doing this instead of a credit card pymt.

MISC.

  • Since we are working remotely for the time being as an agency we are asking EVERYONE to put as much detail as possible regarding admin side of things (NOT CLINICAL) in the appointment alerts/notes to minimize miscommunications (i.e. they cannot make their co-pay right now or only wants phone sessions etc.)

  • Each therapist has an assigned intern to help the transition over to telehealth. They have already reached out to you to schedule time to review zoom and practice if needed.
