Grief Recovery Center works with individuals across the life span, from age four to senior adults. Our private, one-on-one sessions afford the client and clinician the ability to create an individualized plan of treatment. We also work with families to find the best counseling strategy to address each family members' grief. Families can meet in groups or individually based on their needs.


If you or a loved-one has experienced any of the following or similar life events and desire support dealing with feeling overwhelmed, anxious, sad, depressed, hurt, angry, confused, alone, uncertain or lost, having difficulty sleeping or changes in appetite, we are available to walk with and assist you through this season in life. Grief, loss, and transitions can include:

  • Death of a loved one

  • Infertility, miscarriage, infant or child loss

  • Divorce or breakup

  • Job changes or retirement

  • Chronic illness, pain, disability

  • Significant changes in life

  • Long-term caregiving

  • Moving/Relocation

  • Community violence

  • Natural disasters + MORE

Counseling is provided by licensed counselors (MEET OUR COUNSELORS HERE). Private insurance, Medicare & Medicaid accepted. GRCBR never turns anyone away for the inability to pay.
